What is 3D Secure Code?
3D Secure technology is based on the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode programs and protects you from unauthorized use of your credit card. An additional level of security for payments with Visa and MasterCard. If you do not yet have a Security Code you will need to register for the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode programs and you can do so either during the payment procedure or activate it in advance on the Visa or MasterCard websites. You can use the Security Code for all your online purchases. More and more online shops are requesting this additional Security Code in the interest of consumers.
How can I request the invoice?
To request the issuance of the invoice, it will be sufficient to enter the necessary data in the appropriate "Additional notes" field when entering the billing and delivery address.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the product and the type of payment selected. If the product is available, after 24 hours (time within which the order can be modified) it is processed, packaged and entrusted to the courier. Can I check the progress of the shipment?
Yes. Once your product has been shipped from the warehouse, we will send you a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number. To consult the status of the order online, just click on the link in the shipping notification.
What should I do if the package does not arrive intact?
In the event of tampering and/or breakage, we recommend accepting the package by writing ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE on the delivery receipt, indicating the anomalies found. Report any damage within seven days of receiving the goods in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for the shipment.
What is the courier who takes care of the shipments?
